1) Who We Are

Epic Military Brands™ provides consulting, strategic advisory, and related brand/business services (“Services”). We may also offer digital products, workshops, or downloadable materials.

2) No Professional Advice Disclaimer

Epic Military Brands™ provides education and consulting. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm. Any information we provide is for general business strategy purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions and outcomes based on your use of the Services.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

4) Intake Forms and Fit

Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship. We reserve the right to decline projects, including if we believe the engagement is not the right fit.

5) Services, Deliverables, and Timeline

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.6) Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. Payments
Fees are due as stated on invoices or agreements. Late payments may pause work.

B. Refunds
Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, fees for delivered consulting time, strategy sessions, and custom work are generally non-refundable.

C. Rescheduling / No-Shows
You agree to provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule calls. Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in writing.

7) Client Responsibilities

To achieve results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback

  • Attend scheduled calls (or reschedule per policy)

  • Make final decisions and implement recommendations (we can guide, but you execute)

 

8) Intellectual Property

A. Our materials
All frameworks, templates, processes, training, and content we provide remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your internal business purposes only.

B. Your materials
You retain ownership of your pre-existing IP and brand assets. You grant us permission to use your materials solely to perform Services.

 

9) Testimonials and Portfolio Use

With your permission, we may request testimonials or general outcomes for marketing. If you prefer confidentiality, you can opt out in writing. We will not share confidential business details without consent.

 

10) Confidentiality

We will treat your non-public information as confidential and use it only to deliver Services, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted under a written agreement.

 

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission

  • Harass, defame, or abuse Epic Military Brands™ or others

 

12) Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (scheduling, email, payment, analytics). Your use of those platforms may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

 

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue results, funding results, or partnership outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

 

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Military Brands™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 1 month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Military Brands™ from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

 

16) Dispute Resolution

A. Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, contact us at theresa@epicmilitarybrands.com and we’ll attempt to resolve the issue.

B. Governing law / venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes will be Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
